Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with EatBright. This policy explains when and how you can cancel and request a refund.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.
2. EU 14-day withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because EatBright is delivered immediately and gives instant access to AI features, by purchasing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed during the 14-day period.
3. Voluntary refunds
Beyond statutory rules, we offer the following goodwill refunds:
- Yearly plan: full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided usage has been minimal (no more than a few AI scans).
- Weekly plan: a single weekly charge is generally non-refundable, but we will review unusual circumstances on request.
- Accidental renewal: if your subscription auto-renewed and you did not use it after the renewal date, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
- Service failure: if a defect prevents you from using EatBright and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email eatbright.support@gmail.com from the address on your account with the date of the charge and a short reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 banking days.
5. Promotional pricing & gift codes
Promotional discounts apply only to the period stated when redeemed. Promo codes and complimentary access cannot be refunded for cash.
